Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ELEVEN account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the unused or gently used products back into their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
